How to Deal With a Girl on Her Period.

THE POST OF DOOM!!

 

Yes I'm going to try and make this as simple as I can.... How to take care of a girl who is on her period/PMS.

 

First things first PMS and a period are two different thing. PMS can be either Post or Pre menstrual cycle. During this time THERE IS NO BLEEDING. If you insinuate otherwise you are in for an ass kicking.

 

ALSO.. never assume that when a girl is angry or sad that she is PMSing.. Again.. asking for an ass kicking.

 

PMS will happen around the week before an actual period. Then the period will last about a week. Finally Post isn't actually as bad for most people.

 

During PMS there is bloating, cramps, vomiting, .... umm.... sometimes lots of diareah, food cravings, and your favorite MOOD SWINGS :D Now. She is going to have the worlds worst self esteem during this time. The best thing you can do is tell her how amazing she is (Do NOT just comment on how she looks). Bonus points if you can make her laugh! Make sure there is some kind of sugary food around. Chocolate does very well, if she doesn't like chocolate you better find out what she does like because that will save your life someday.

 

For cramping! Midol is always good. Most pain relievers will do the trick. Have her lie down with a heating pad placed under her lower back, or on top of her with the center part between her hip bones. BONUS POINTS! When you are cuddling or just on the couch if you wrap your arm around her and use your hand as a heating pad. It's friggin adorable and I swear it works better than a heating pad. Use just a little bit of pressure or move your hand around, both work just as well.

 

If she is vomiting or pooping it is most likely because of the cramps. If this happens take a few towels (Or something you can was off easy) and put them in the dryer. Once they are warm give them to her in the bathroom. If she is sick she will most likely also have the chills. This will take care of that problem. Next make sure she has ice cold water. No gatorade or any of that shit. If she is hungry dry toast or crackers.

 

Bloating there is nothing you can do about. Same thing if she gets acne. The best you can do for that is just to NEVER point it out. Never.... and I mean N.E.V.E.R.!!

 

Moving on. During the period a girl can get very cranky. She will not want to get out of bed most mornings. Ready for the best kept secret... are you ready??

 

BE NICE!

 

Holy hell guys. Just be nice. Dont' make fun of her, don't point out obvious things, and don't be a god damn jerk. Periods are some serious shit. Our body is shedding itself of dead tissue and blood. If you think dealing with us is hell try bleeding out of your penis every month. Does that sound fun? No? Didn't think so. The easier this time is on us the easier it is on you.

 

Seems like a fair trade to me.

Diary of a Fangirl... Why is Shit so Expensive! and Desolation of Smaug

There is nothing wrong with being a fangirl. I'm all for more girls getting into the comic book superhero thing! (If you are going to get into it get into it because you love it... not because it "popular"... please) I've noticed though... It's hard to be a fangirl!!

 

First of all... Shit is expensive!! I've only been collecting a year and I have probably spent well over a few grand. It's all in artwork, videos, comics, figures, clothing, random stuff that I know I'll never use but I want anyways....

 

Like I have next to my computer desk the desk that has all my things and there really isn't a whole lot. Then I look at my bank account and immediately want to cry myself to sleep.

 

I guess to find a bright side to this at least my hobby isn't car collecting, or i dunno... precious stone hording??? Is that even a thing?

 

... I do like that show hoarders though. Those people are really funny the way they try and justify why they need to keep all the things xD (Says the girl who collects batman merch like it's crack.) If the people from that show ever came to my house I would probably crack the door and start hissing at them.

 

 

I would like to see them TRY and take my shit.

 

ERRMAGEERD I'm thuper excited about the Desolation of Smaug trailer! I think Peter Jackson and J.J. Abrams were in a contest to see who could fit more awesome into a teaser trailer. Lets face it the trailers for Into Darkness were pretty badass and now The Hobbit trailer had me squealing like a bloody stuck pig! (I've been in the south to long)

 

Last thing I wanted to talk about... and I got distracted and now I can't remember it at all.... FUCK!

 

 

 



Star Wars Weekends Part 2: 501st Legion and Why I Hate Florida

In my past Star Wars post I said how much I LOVE star wars.... Just saying my fangirl self has conniptions. During my first trip I actually missed one of the reasons I went which is the 501st Legion. THESE GUYS ARE AWESOME!! They have the most amazing accurate costumes, and they act the part so well! Cosplaying at its finest ladies and gents.

 

I HAD to go back, and yes... I went back to Disney just so I could see 5 minutes of a parade... I'm just that cool... yo.

Those are sadly my only good photos. Why? Because Florida weather suck assballs!! Seriously one second it was all fine and sunshiny and hardly a cloud in the friggin sky. The next second it was like Jesus really had to take a mad wiz and it poured!.  No joke they actually closed down rides and shows just so people had shelter from the rain and lightning.

 

It really sucked a little bit because I was really enjoying my day.. Even though I had to go on Tower of Terror.

Star Wars Weekends: Take 1

OK so It has been made common knowledge that I am a nerd. When I use the term nerd I go by what John Green said in one of his videos:

 

 

“…because nerds like us are allowed to be unironically enthusiastic about stuff… Nerds are allowed to love stuff, like jump-up-and-down-in-the-chair-can’t-control-yourself love it. Hank, when people call people nerds, mostly what they’re saying is ‘you like stuff.’ Which is just not a good insult at all. Like, ‘you are too enthusiastic about the miracle of human consciousness’.”

 

 

Just clarifying that for anyone who will bitch about my use of the term "NERD".

 

MOVING ON!!

 

I went to Star Wars Weekends!! It was so Awesome and I had some super awesome moments!!

 

First of all I LOVE Star Wars. Mostly the original trilogy. 1,2 and 3, I don't really like and I DO NOT watch the clone wars... I'm a hardcore original trilogist (Making up words now!) and my greatest love through all of the movies are the Storm Troopers. I find them awesome and hilarious! My whole outfit for the even was storm trooper themed... Including my headphones of awesomeness.

 

 

 

The opening of the event!! They used to have Storm Troopers that would walk on top of the entrance to the park... But that's no more... sad face

They had a character meet and greet inside the merch shop. It rotated between Luke Leia C3PO and I'm not sure of they had R2. R2 used to appear with C3PO but we no see him.

 

 

 

I had to block out my friends face out of respect for her privacy.... So shut up.

At the center of the park they put up a stage and at various times throughout the day they would have characters go out and perform. We happened to walk by when Bobba Fett was on. Something really cool that happened, he noticed all my Storm Trooper gear and pointed at me and talked to me! I know he is on a recording but still!!! AND I have proof!!

Then THIS money shot while we were waiting in line for the photo opp. Another good story... The same Bobba Fett that was on the stage was the one we took the picture with !!!. AND he pointed at my shirt and headphones! BEST THING EVAR!

 

 

 

In the imperial zone they had Storm Troopers that would just walk around on the street. They were in a rotation so they were always out there. Same thing with the Clone Troopers and HOT DAMN DID THEY LOVE ME!!!

STORY TIME!

 

As we were in the line to see Vader (It was an hour and a half long) me and my friend got the bright idea to do something that we have never seen been done..... We knelt to Vader!! The WHOLE line started freaking out and taking pictures of us!! we glanced up at Vader and he was looking around confused, but I think he pulled off a good pimp stance.

 

 

 

 

 

Yes we went on Star Tours... Only once though because we both get motion sick.

That was the end of our day at the event. We did go to some of the other parks, but this is a post for Star Wars.... which is awesome... Just saying...

Costom Shoes: R2-D2 Toms

I thought I would share something cool that I have been working of for the past week.

 

So at the pole dance studio I go to (Post for another time eh?) I noticed one of the instructors had a pair of shoes that had comic booms and pows on them. I thought they were really cool. When I asked her about them she said that she really wanted them to do batman shoes but the place she went to can't paint copyrighted material.

 

I paint as a hobby. Never really intended to take that anywhere, but I told her that if she really wanted them then I could do it. She just stared at me for a good few minutes. She didn't believe me and so I showed her some of my art. She got super excited and just started listing shoes she wanted.

 

FINALLY she came up with she really wanted R2-D2 shoes since Disney's Star Wars weekends was coming up. I told her I would do it if she got me the shoes.... and good lord she actually did...

 

So .... I painted them and here they are start to finish...:

I'm actually pleasantly surprised at how well they turned out. I know someone will find flaws in them. Don't worry I already have. They aren't' perfect and there is no way to get them perfect so I'm not to worried about that. All I care about is that the person who will be wearing them is happy with them.

 

I don't know If I will be doing them for anyone else... I have had people tell me that they want me to make them some and... I mean I could.... I dunno.
